【TANOSYS LLC.】(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall respect its customers’ and users’ privacy, and so hereby sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”), as follows, which shall strictly stipulate the Company’s proper handling of its individual User’s Information(“User’s Information”)－including the user’s personal information－in the context of the whole range of services named PiVid (hereinafter, “our Services”) that the Company provides to its users.

1.Definition of User’s Information duly Collected, and Collection Methods：
Under this Policy, “User’s Information” shall be defined as any and all information regarding any individual user which the Company duly collects, in compliance to this Policy, for the performance of our Services for any benefits of such user. Such information shall be composed of and classified into ⅰ) any information that can identify the user, ⅱ) any action history of the user on communication services, and ⅲ) any other types of information concerning the user which are formed or accumulated on the user’s smart phones, PCs and any other terminals.
  1. The Information the Company may collect while any user utilize our Services
    　 The Company may collect, mainly from several sources including as follows, the users-associated information. Such information is related to how users make access to and utilize our Services. The sources include:
    • Terminal Information,
    • Log Information,
    • Cookie and Anonymity ID
  2. The Information provided through other services linked to our Services under the user’s authorization：
    In case that the user authorizes the linkage to any external services, such as social networking services and/or others, in the course of using our Services, the Company collects the following information directly from such external services on the basis of the contents the user agrees on. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of such linked external service shall be applied to any information the user has provided to such linked external service.
    • The user’s ID that he or she uses for utilizing such external services, and
    • Any information which the user has authorized to disclose to the linked external services by making his or her privacy settings of such external services.
2. Use Purposes：
Our detailed use purposes of User’s Information in the course of our Services are as follows：
  1. For providing, maintaining, protecting and/or improving our Services－to be more exact, for the purpose of accepting the user’s registry over our Services and verifying the user’s identity.
  2. For informing the user of our Services and for responding to any inquiry and/or request from the user.
  3. For reacting and/or responding to any violation by any of the users of the Company’s Terms of Use on our Services, related Regulations and/or this Policy.
  4. For fulfilling any other purposes associated with the above-mentioned purposes.
3. Non-Disclosure & Conditioned Disclosure to Third Party
The Company shall never disclose any personal information contained User’s Information to any third party without any prior consent from such user except in the case that such disclosure is lawfully authorized in accordance with Private Information Protection Law and any other laws and regulations. Also, such disclosure shall be authorized in the following cases：

The Company needs to promptly provide its reasonable cooperation, by quickly disclosing the user’s information, to any national authority or any local public body or to any person who is entrusted to work as the agent of such authority or body that requires the Company’s help in performing their statutory duties and, at the same time, the Company’s procedures to try to obtain the user’s consent on such disclosure is likely to adversely affect and delay the smooth performance of their statutory duties.
  2. The disclosure of the User’s Information is duly authorized by Personal Information Protection Law and other laws & regulations.

The Company shall continue to review and improve, at any time, this Policy and the operational status on its handling of individual User’s Information under this Policy, and may amend this Policy whenever necessary. In case of such amendment, the Company shall inform its users of such amendment through the Company’s website and PiVid’s smartphone application.
